Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Cloud Comply AI, our digital assets and how commercial enquiries work.

What is Cloud Comply AI?

Cloud Comply AI is a registered trade name of Cloud Comply™ Inc. It identifies, acquires, develops and manages domain names and related digital assets aligned with emerging infrastructure markets and the economic activity developing around them.

What is a digital asset?

For Cloud Comply AI, a digital asset may include a domain name or related digital property that can be used to establish an online identity for a business, project, service or market.

Are you selling data centres?

No. Cloud Comply AI identifies, acquires, develops and manages digital assets. It does not sell or operate physical data-centre facilities.

Do your domains include land, power or infrastructure?

No. The domains are digital assets only. Land, power capacity, facilities, permits, approvals and other physical infrastructure are not included.

Are the infrastructure projects referenced by Cloud Comply AI already built?

Not necessarily. Infrastructure activity may be announced, proposed, planned, under development or operational. A geographic or industry reference in a domain does not mean Cloud Comply AI owns or operates the associated physical infrastructure.

What do data centres have to do with local businesses?

Major infrastructure investment can create economic activity beyond the facility itself, including activity involving construction, trades, workforce, accommodation, transportation, services and local businesses. Cloud Comply AI develops digital assets across parts of this wider economic ecosystem.

Do you sell domains?

Our preferred commercial model is long-term leasing and licensing while Cloud Comply AI retains control of the digital asset. Selected digital assets may also be considered for outright acquisition where appropriate.

Can multiple domains be leased or licensed together?

Yes. Related domains may be structured together where appropriate, subject to availability and negotiated commercial terms.

Why do you have both “centre” and “center” spellings?

Where appropriate, the portfolio includes Canadian and American spelling variants as part of a broader digital naming strategy.

Are your domains affiliated with governments, municipalities or other companies?

No affiliation, endorsement, partnership or authorization should be assumed unless expressly documented in writing.

Can a domain be connected to my existing website?

Potentially. Depending on the arrangement and technical requirements, a domain may be configured to connect with an existing website or other digital property.

Who handles the technical setup?

Technical configuration can be coordinated with the customer’s authorized IT or web team according to the agreed arrangement. Cloud Comply AI retains control of digital assets that are leased or licensed.

How much does leasing or licensing cost?

Commercial terms vary by asset, portfolio, intended use and arrangement. Contact Cloud Comply AI for current availability and terms.

I don’t know much about domains or AI infrastructure. Can I still enquire?

Yes. You do not need technical expertise to make an enquiry. Tell us about your business, project or intended use, and we can determine whether a relevant digital asset is available.

Who can enquire?

Businesses, organizations, developers, contractors, trades, workforce and recruitment companies, accommodation providers, service businesses and others operating within or supporting the markets represented by the portfolio may enquire.

How are payments made?

Payment of fees to Cloud Comply™ Inc. is accepted only by direct deposit into the corporation’s bank account, Stripe, or wire transfer. No other method of payment is accepted.

Do you accept cash, e-transfers or digital currencies?

No. Cloud Comply™ Inc. does not accept cash, e-transfers or digital currencies.
